Skydance New Media has given the mysterious World War 2 Marvel title Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. The game also features a first trailer as well as a date for its release.
First revealed in 2022 the game features Captain America, Black Panther Azzuri who is T’Challa’s grandfather. In the trailer, they are shown pursuing their mutual goals of destroying the Nazis/Hydra for personal reasons. Both are from very different worlds and neither likes the methods of their opponent, which leads to conflict. Gabriel Jones, the Howling Commandos spy leader Nanali and Gabriel Jones from Wakanda also star in this game. Check out the first trailer, which was revealed at GDC.
Marvel 1943 offers a linear experience in which you can take on all four roles at different points. This will give you a unique perspective of the story and war. Skydance’s Amy Hennig is leading the project. She was the principal writer for the Uncharted series.
