Sabotage Teases Sea Of Stars Three-Player Co-Op Mode As Game Surpasses 5 Million Players

Sabotage Studio teased a three-player coop mode in its 2023 Sea of Stars RPG alongside the news that the game had surpassed five million players within a year. The new Single Player+ mode allows three players to journey through the Sea of Stars story together. It will also feature new combat and traversal mechanics that allow for playing with friends.

A press release stated that “staying true to the core turn-based roots of the game, each player will engage with friends in Sea of Stars grand adventure as they embark on a new co-op’ timed hits mechanic.” The new mode is in development, and we will soon release more information.

Sabotage hasn’t revealed the exact date when this new game mode will be released. The team is still busy working on Throes of the Watchmaker – a new DLC that will be released in the near future.
